After a successful run of workshops to support staff development at Lincoln College we have created a range of different workshop options to help to introduce Plant-Based food and encourage people to try a more plant-based approach to their diet.
‘Hands on and practical.. LOVED it!’
Our standard workshop offering is a two hour session available for groups of around 15 people. During the two hour session participants will gain lots of tips and tricks to build confidence with your plant based cooking and take away a set of easy peasy recipe cards that even a kitchen novice can master. Learn about the crucial nutrition stuff to make sure that you get everything you need to stay healthy on your plant based diet. The workshops are typically delivered with a very down to earth approach.. with lots of opportunities for questions and lots of ideas shared.
Every one of our sessions is developed by Gemma, a fully qualified teacher with lots of experience in delivering creative hands on learning – The Veg-Out workshops are always going to be interactive and practical because let’s face it, it’s the best way to learn!
