Plant-Based Workshops

“We are excited to share a series of workshops with you to help grow food knowledge and skills in the local area.. PERFECT for new students or anyone wanting to develop kitchen confidence.”

We have a limited amount of spaces available for two exclusive hands on workshops over the Summer.. After a successful run of workshops to support staff development at Lincoln College we have created an extended version especially for those in Education, going to university for the first time or those returning and wanting to improve their plant based kitchen game. Both of the sessions include tasting elements and a hands on food prep activity – All of our food items are both Vegan and Gluten Free, please make sure that you contact us prior to booking if you do have any concerns about allergens.

‘Hands on and practical.. LOVED it!’

During the two hour session you will gain lots of tips and tricks to build confidence with your plant based cooking and take away a set of easy peasy recipe cards that even a kitchen novice can master. Learn about the crucial nutrition stuff to make sure that you get everything you need to stay healthy on your plant based diet.

Every one of our sessions is developed by Gemma, a fully qualified teacher with lots of experience in delivering creative hands on learning – The Veg-Out workshops are always going to be interactive and practical because let’s face it, it’s the best way to learn!

‘Learning about how foods can be hidden in meals to improve nutrition. There’s such a range of foods that I hadn’t considered!’

We are really pleased to be working in partnership with ‘Mansions of the Future’ in Lincoln for these exclusive workshops. For more details about their facilities and directions to the venue check out the Venue details
